RyoCards & More – Return & Refund Policy
At RYO Cards & More, we take great care in packaging and shipping every item to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the collectible nature of our inventory, all sales are final unless a valid damage claim is submitted under the strict conditions below.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Offer Refunds If:
The item was opened without being recorded properly.
The item was damaged after unboxing.
The item was altered, swapped, or tampered with.
You failed to follow our proof requirements.
More than 24 hours have passed since delivery.
To Be Eligible for Any Return or Refund, You Must:
1. Record a Single, Unedited Video
The entire unboxing must be captured in one continuous video.
The package must be sealed at the start.
The shipping label must be visible.
The video must clearly show the item being removed and inspected.
2. Contact Us Within 24 Hours
You must email us at ryocardsandmore@gmail.com or message us on our website ryocardsandmore.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
Include your order number and unboxing video with a clear explanation of the issue.
3. Provide Proof of Return Packaging
If we request the item back, you must provide a video showing the item being placed back in the original packaging, in the same condition it was received.
This video must be clear, continuous, and unedited.
Once reviewed, we will inform you if the return is approved and eligible for processing.
4. No Proof = No Refund or Return
If no unboxing video is provided, your claim will be automatically denied.
Screenshots, written claims, or photos without valid video will not be accepted.
Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion.
5. If the Outer Packaging Is Damaged
File a damage claim with the shipping carrier immediately.
Keep all original packaging in case it is required for inspection.
Custom Packaging Requests
We accept special packaging requests for cards or items if you have specific preferences (e.g., top loaders, graded sleeves, etc.).
Requests must be made before or immediately after ordering.
Additional fees may apply depending on materials and costs.
We reserve the right to decline requests that result in a financial loss.
All packaging requests must be confirmed by us prior to shipment.
Additional Notes:
Items may be documented or marked prior to shipping to prevent return fraud.
Any return accepted must match the original item in both condition and identification.
All return and refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses or attempts to manipulate our return policy.
