Yes, we provide free Economy Shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—especially collectibles such as Pokémon cards, sports cards, and limited items—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for those items.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a clear issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Wrong Items Received

Received the wrong item? Let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Refund Processing Time

Once your claim is approved and we have received any returned item (if required), we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, you may see the funds back in your account within 3–7 business days from that date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you’re unable to locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office and contact the carrier directly. If you still need help, reach out and we’ll do what we can to assist.
